The Bighorn River has been a good Winter option. Weather is a bit milder in the Fort Smith area. Nymphing will be good when the temperatures are bearable. Orange Scuds and Sowbugs have been hot with a Zebra Midge, San Juan Worm, Caddis larvae, and other smaller mayfly imitations picking up fish as well. Streamer fishing has really slowed with the cold. Some of the bigger fish will still eat a streamer, so that is worth a shot.
