New Access Point On the Upper Madison

New Access Point On the Upper Madison

Jan, 02 2019

The Bureau of Land Management has just purchased 300 acres of land in the Madison River Valley that is set to become a walk-in wade-only section of river access. The land that was purchased is touching BLM that is on the river and just across the river is The Wall Creek Wildlife Management Area. This is a great addition to public lands in the Madison Valley area and will provide fantastic new fishing opportunities. Check out the full article from the Bozeman Chronicle. Visit our Bozeman fly shop for Upper Madison fly recommendations before you head out to this newly accessible section of river.
