Fly Fishing For Golden Dorado in the Marsh
paper texture
Pira Lodge is tucked into northern Argentina’s lush marshlands. The area itself is twice the size of the Florida Everglades and is the second-largest wetland in the world. This breathtakingly beautiful ecosystem is rich in flora and fauna and is home to over 350 different species of birds. The marsh is comprised of freshwater creeks, lakes, swamps, and lagoons all providing the perfect habitat for solid numbers of golden dorado. Unlike some other dorado destinations, the waters in the Ibera Marshland are clear making sight fishing possible. With a team of professional, bilingual guides, every angler will be in great hands to fully experience everything the destination has to offer. When you stay with Pira Lodge you will not only experience one of the premier golden dorado fisheries in the world but world-class lodging and top-tier staff.
